Our company is seeking a talented HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to hiring and onboarding them. The HR Recruiter will work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR recruitment and a passion for building strong, diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions using a variety of recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and preferences.
- Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and provide support throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and other recruiting partners.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment platforms.
